How do I place an order?

Chose the item(s) which you want to send to one person and put (it) them in your shopping cart. A separate order needs to be made for each person receiving a delivery. We only need the receiver’s name, address, Province and Municipality, phone number and IC number to complete the order and ensure correct delivery. Then, pay for the items with the various payment options that we offer. We will track your shipment until it arrives at our shipping facility in Miami. We will handle all of the processing in Miami. When your packages leave Miami for Cuba you will receive a tracking number. You can then track the package until it arrives to your friends and family door anywhere on the Island of Cuba.

Who can I send packages too?

You can send packages to friends and family anywhere on the Island of Cuba.The package(s) will be delivered to the receiver’s home.

Who can accept the package delivery in Cuba?

It must be the person whom the box is addressed too. That person must show their Identity Card to verify their identity. This is required to make sure that the right person gets the delivery.

What information do you need about my mother whom I’m sending 3 boxes of food and toiletries?

All that is needed is her Name, Full Address, Province & Municipality, Telephone number and Identity Card number. This information is used by the delivery service to deliver packages to the correct address and correct person. You can track the delivery to your mother with the tracking number that you will be provided.

How long does it take to get my box(s) delivered to Cuba?

Shipments leave weekly from Miami. Normally, 2 to 6 weeks delivery time depending on Island location. With any problems in Cuba, it can take longer.

Am I guaranteed that my packages will be delivered to the person I’m sending them too?

Yes, you will be able to track your packages until they are delivered to the person whom they are addressed to in Cuba. You have a Tracking Guarantee of delivery. Receiver must show Identity Card to ensure packages get to the correct person.

Who handles the US-Cuba Custom Regulations and tariffs? Who pays for that?

All of the US-Cuba Custom Regulations, Paperwork and Port Tariffs are handled by us. The price of the boxes which you purchase includes the cost of these services.

Does the recipient have to pay tariffs in Cuban Pesos in Cuba?

If the boxes contain only food, toiletries and medicine, weighing up to 20 kilogram (44 Pounds), you must only pay $50.00 CUP Destination Tariff for processing, at the time of delivery to recipient. The Cuban Destination Tariffs on durable goods vary with the type of item. We will work to identify those amounts with the items.

How many products will you be offering to us to send?

Can I request an item that you currently don’t have on your website?

Yes, email us what you would like and we will work with you to get those items to your friends and family anywhere in Cuba.

No. We are US based. We are American and Cuban-American owned and managed. We sell to US Residents for their friends and family in Cuba. We facilitate the transfer of food, toiletries, furniture and various durable, non-perishable goods to Cuban Citizens.
