Chose the item(s) which you want to send to one person and put (it) them in your shopping cart. A separate order needs to be made for each person receiving a delivery. We only need the receiver’s name, address, Province and Municipality, phone number and IC number to complete the order and ensure correct delivery. Then, pay for the items with the various payment options that we offer. We will track your shipment until it arrives at our shipping facility in Miami. We will handle all of the processing in Miami. When your packages leave Miami for Cuba you will receive a tracking number. You can then track the package until it arrives to your friends and family door anywhere on the Island of Cuba.

You can send packages to friends and family anywhere on the Island of Cuba.The package(s) will be delivered to the receiver’s home.
It must be the person whom the box is addressed too. That person must show their Identity Card to verify their identity. This is required to make sure that the right person gets the delivery.
All that is needed is her Name, Full Address, Province & Municipality, Telephone number and Identity Card number. This information is used by the delivery service to deliver packages to the correct address and correct person. You can track the delivery to your mother with the tracking number that you will be provided.
Processing of your orders and delivery to our shipping facility in Miami usually takes 3-5 days.

At that point, the Processing, Shipping and Cuba Home Delivery times vary greatly. Some boxes have arrived in 2 weeks, and some arrive in 4-8 weeks. Some longer. The delivery times are out of our control due to many factors, U.S. Customs Processing Delays, Port of Mariel delays with Cuban Customs Regulations, electrical outages, location on the Island of delivery, etc.

Regardless of the delivery time length, the delivery process is trackable until the boxes arrive to their designated recipient in Cuba.

Once the boxes go through U.S. Customs Processing and are ready to be shipped to Cuba; we will email you the tracking information. You can then track the box(s) until they reach the designated recipient in Cuba.

Unlike in the U.S., deliveries must be delivered in person to the designated recipient, who must show Identification, to verify the delivery is to the right person.

Boxes over 100 pounds must be picked up at our shipping facility near the Port of Mariel, Cuba. We can assist to arrange for special home delivery, if desired.

Most of our products are under 100 pounds. If a product is over 100 pounds, there will be clear communications about pick-up and/or delivery options with the product description. 

Yes, you will be able to track your packages until they are delivered to the person whom they are addressed to in Cuba. You have a Tracking Guarantee of delivery.  Receiver must show Identity Card to ensure packages get to the correct person.
All Shipping Fees, Port Fees, Custom Paperwork, Port Tariffs and Home Delivery Fees are Included in the price stated with each product. 

The only fee not included is a delivery tax charged by the Cuban Government which must be paid in Cuban Pesos at the time of delivery.

This tax averages about $1.00, One American Dollar for most boxes under 44 pounds. Larger items are slightly more.

We would include this tax in our prices but legally we are not allowed. 

The delivery person collects this Cuban Delivery Tax at the time of delivery and then turns it over to the Cuban Government, as stipulated in the Cuban Customs Paperwork. 
If the boxes contain only food, toiletries and medicine, weighing up to 20 kilograms (44Pounds), you must only pay $50.00 CUP Destination Tax, at the time of delivery to the designated recipient. 

The Cuban Destination Tax on durable goods vary with the type of item. We are not provided with exact amounts. The Cuba delivery tax is relatively low for each box. The exact amount is provided at the time of delivery. 

All Shipping Fees, Port Fees, Customs Paperwork, Port Tariffs and Home Delivery Fees are included in the price stated with each product.

The only price not included is the Cuban Government Delivery Tax, which must be paid in Cuban Pesos when the boxes are delivered.

No. We are US based. We are American and Cuban-American owned and managed. We sell to US Residents for their friends and family in Cuba. We facilitate the transfer of food, toiletries, furniture and various durable, non-perishable goods to Cuban Citizens.
We have worked very hard to present only excellent products, by known companies, with high approval ratings. We have kept prices as low as possible, given the extremely challenging situation of home delivery, to everywhere in Cuba.

This is very much a humanitarian effort. We are keeping prices as low as possible for trackable home delivery of greatly needed basic essentials everywhere on the Island of Cuba.

Given the uniquely, difficult, time consuming, expense, multi-governmentally regulated reality.
It is impossible to refund or return purchases. 

The amount of time that it takes to get products to and back from Cuba, is far more than our distributors return time limit.

The expensive part of shipping products to Cuban Homes, is not just the products, it's all the expenses and regulations that go with it. Returns pose an additional, complex, costly, highly multi-governmental, set of rules and guidelines, that cannot be met. We would like to, it's just not possible.

Therefore, given the unique situation of shipping to a Communist Country; REFUNDS and RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. Sorry, there is nothing that we can do to change that.

Given this unique situation we cannot accept Chargebacks on any orders. 

All Orders and Deliveries are Final. Once the boxes are delivered and received by the designated person in Cuba; we are no longer connected to the Delivery. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS and CHARGEBACKS, are not possible due to this unique situation.

We would love to accommodate your friends and family in Cuba with needed essentials, at as an affordable price as possible, with trackable home delivery.

However, once the boxes are received by the designated recipient, they cannot be refunded, Returned or Chargeback. The transaction is complete and final.
